Our administration serves as a central point of contact for all employees of the Paintnology Group, our business partners and external parties. We expressly encourage you to report information about known or suspected violations of laws and regulations to us immediately via the internal channels of the Whistleblower Office.
Incoming reports are confirmed within seven working days and then checked for plausibility. If the report is substantiated, it will be followed up accordingly. In order to fully clarify the facts, it may be necessary for the whistleblowing centre to contact the person who submitted the report and request additional information.
We ensure that every report is treated confidentially and that information is only passed on to people who need it for legitimate reasons. In this way, we protect the identity of the whistleblower and prevent retaliation.
Once the investigation has been completed, we will take appropriate measures if a violation has been identified. The whistleblower will receive feedback on the measures taken no later than three months after confirmation.
