Technician (m/f/d) Electrical or Automation Engineering
Paintnology Digital Solutions GmbH is a young company in the field of control and automation technology in the automotive sector as well as in the general manufacturing industry. As a service provider, we support our customers in demanding tasks of control and automation technology, such as RetroFit and the digitization of existing plants.
Together with our partner company Paintnology GmbH, we continue to offer our customers holistic support in the planning and realization of paint shops, from the tender to the acceptance.
Your tasks:
Varied, complex and diverse,
Exciting and challenging projects in control and automation technology
Creation of complete automation concepts for machines and plants incl. review of the corresponding drawings (R&I Schemas etc.)
Planning and implementation of control and automation technology for various machines and plants – from the project phase to order processing and commissioning – for our own machines as well as a service for our customers.
Definition of the components to be used
Creation of requirement and functional specifications
Creation of functional descriptions
Leading and coordinating suppliers (e.g. E-plan creation and control cabinet construction)
Independent programming of PLC controls and visualization systems of previously designed systems.
Commissioning and optimization of machines and systems at the customer’s site.
Your profile:
Successfully completed training as an electrical engineering technician with a focus on automation technology or completed training as an electronics technician FR automation technology with several years of relevant professional experience in machine and plant construction.
Good knowledge in the field of programming of programmable logic controllers. (Simatic S7, TIA Portal, WinCC flexible and possibly Beckhoff TwinCat).
First experience in project management regarding machines and plants to be automated desirable, but not mandatory
First practical experience in the areas of drive technology, control and regulation technology.
First experience in programming industrial robots.
Good knowledge of English
