Paintnology Digital Solutions GmbH is a young company specialising in control and automation technology in the automotive sector as well as in the general manufacturing industry. As a service provider, we support our customers in demanding control and automation technology tasks, such as RetroFit and the digitalisation of existing systems.
Together with our partner company Paintnology GmbH, we continue to offer our customers comprehensive support in the planning and realisation of painting systems, from the tender through to acceptance.
Your tasks:
Varied, complex and diverse,
- Exciting and challenging projects in control and automation technology
- Creation of complete automation concepts for machines and systems incl. checking the associated drawings (P&I diagrams etc.)
- Planning and implementation of control and automation technology for various machines and systems – from the project phase through order processing to commissioning – for our own machines and as a service for our customers.
- Definition of the components to be used
- Creation of requirement and functional specifications
- Creation of function descriptions
- Managing and coordinating suppliers (e.g. E-plan creation and switch cabinet construction)
- Independent programming of PLC controls and visualisation systems of previously designed systems.
- Commissioning and optimisation of machines and systems at the customer’s site.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as an electrical engineering technician specialising in automation technology or completed training as an electronics technician specialising in automation technology with several years of relevant professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
- Good knowledge of programming programmable logic controllers. (Simatic S7, TIA Portal, WinCC flexible and possibly Beckhoff TwinCat)
- First experience in project management regarding machines and systems to be automated desirable, but not mandatory
- Initial practical experience in the areas of drive technology, control and regulation technology.
- First experience in programming industrial robots.
- Good knowledge of English
