Our renowned customers around the world require individual painting systems for coating car bodies, truck cabs, bumpers, agricultural and other machinery. As a specialised engineering firm for painting plant design, we support our customers from the initial concept through the entire planning and realisation process to the completion of the commissioning.

We carry out exciting projects in the field of e-mobility and energy efficiency for our customers in the automotive sector. This is because the transport sector is responsible for around 20 % of CO2 emissions in Germany. In addition, the painting process in a car factory consumes up to 80 % of energy in the form of electricity or natural gas.

That is why we develop efficient painting processes for our customers and support them in the transformation to electromobility and CO2 neutrality.

What are your tasks?

Together with the engineering department, you will support our customers in projects for coating components in the automotive industry and in general industry. From the initial idea to commissioning!

  • Planning and design of complete paint shops and individual components with a focus on process engineering and material flow planning

  • Creation of process engineering diagrams for ventilation technology, dryers, exhaust air purification systems, media supply according to specifications

  • Creation of plant layouts according to specifications in coordination with the design department

  • Project-specific selection of components, for example ventilation units, drying units, conveyor technology elements

  • Calculation of components

  • preparation of specifications

  • Support during design discussions with plant suppliers

  • Carrying out preliminary acceptance tests

  • Preparation of project status reports to internal committees and to the customer

  • Creating reports and documentation

What you should bring:

  • Completed technician training, technical studies with a focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering, surface engineering or equivalent training

  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, ability to work in a team

  • Very good written and spoken German and English

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (5%-20%)
